Dr. Gao Shuai is a National Young Talent awardee, Assistant Professor and Principal Investigator at Fudan University, and doctoral supervisor. He was previously a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard University and a Research Affiliate at MIT.

His research focuses on drug delivery and molecular imaging, with first- or corresponding-author publications in Nature Biotechnology, Nature Communications, and other leading journals. He has received the First Prize of the CAIA Analytical Testing Science Award and the Second Prize of the CPA Science and Technology Award.

As Founder & Chief Scientist, Dr. Gao leads the company's scientific vision and R&D strategy.

Dr. Liu Lei is a board-certified Associate Chief Physician with 12 years of clinical and research experience in spine surgery. He is a Jiangsu "Dual-Innovation Doctor" awardee and a former visiting scholar at Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH).

His research focuses on prognostic prediction and clinical application of novel technologies for spinal cord injury, as well as clinical treatment and basic research on intervertebral disc degeneration. His clinical expertise includes cervical spinal cord injury, spinal cord lesions, scoliosis, and degenerative spinal disorders.

His work has been published in Nature Biomedical Engineering, Cell Reports Medicine, Research, and other SCI journals. He currently leads projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Youth and General Programs) and the Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Foundation. He has been selected for the Jiangsu Association for Science and Technology Young Talent Support Program and the Ministry of Education Overseas Talent Recruitment Program.
